Finale: The Final Battle, Master VS Pupil

Silence grew as the wind passes through everyone's hair. The excitement was bubbling within each trainers hearts, they cannot wait a second longer. Tim smirks, Lillie responding with one in return. They both begin to reach for a Pokeball from their clips slowly like a western quick draw.
    "I gotta think who Lillie'll send out. I haven't really memorized her team... and i haven't battle her at all" Tim questions in thought
    "Is he gonna start with Pikachu, or Greninja? The choices" Lillie thinks questionably
    "Will you two feel more comfortable with a loved one beside the both of you?" Kukui questions, seeing both trainers a little tense and nervous about this battle
    "Huh?" the two look over at the professor as he begins to look over to Timmy in one direction and Saria in another. Timmy walks over to Lillie (Blue corner) and Saria walks over to Tim (Red corner). Lillie begins to blush bright red, Timmy's face does too
   
Blue corner
    "We got this, Lillie. Don't think of my father as your foe, think of him as your instructor teaching you a lesson in battle" Timmy says to his shaking girlfriend
    "You're fine helping me beat your biological father?" Lillie questions the dark green haired boy
    "Yes... Wait... Biological?"
    "Well... You haven't noticed how i call him dad?" Lillie asks. Timmy shakes his head, "Well my dad went missing and Tim has been there like a father figure, so i kinda gave him place as my dad as well"
    "Oh"

Red corner
    "Hun, are you sure you can beat her?" Saria asks Tim
    "Maybe" Tim says unsure, "I've only seen her battle a bit, but i don't know her tactics since i haven't faced off with her before"
    "Oh, this'll be like back in Hoenn for you isn't it?" Saria says bringing Tim back to his first battle in Hoenn against Ash on the cruise to the region
    "Yeah... Gotta go with my instincts" Tim says as Saria holds his left hand, "Thanks babe"
    "You and Kasuto are quite even, but Lillie beat him only 3 of her Pokemon. Only one fainted. I won't give away any hints but i'll help you with plans" Saria says smiling at Tim

    "Ok" Tim smiles back, "LILLIE!" Tim exclaims, "It's time!... Professor, please ref. For your assistant and for me" he requests
    "Sure thing, Tim, yeah" Kukui says taking a few steps closer top the battle arena, "This Pokemon League Battle is a full party battle between Champion Lillie, and Champion Tim. When i press this button, this dome will be covered by a seal and will protects us from any broken glass or strong winds"
    "Neat. I thought Clemont was a real genius, But Kukui, this is beyond my expectations of a Pokemon League!" Tim compliments, "Bring Pokemon to the late future with teleporters and great sciences"
    "Why thank you Champ" Kukui replies smirking
    "Yet he can't afford a laundry machine and i had to fix his lab coats in the past" Lillie sighs
    "Aw, don't be like that, Champ" Kukui says raising an eyebrow
    "I'm sorry"
    "It's fine, yeah, Champ" Kukui accepts Lillie's apology
    "So... it's gonna be a bit weird for the both of em being called 'Champ' don't you think?" Devon questions with no response, "Great talk"
    "Champions! Send out your first Pokemon" Kukui directs
    "Go, Drampa!" Lillie sends her first Pokemon out
    "Drampa?" Tim questions as Rotom pops out Mikayla's bag
    "Drampa, eh? I can help with this" Rotom says with his screen showing an image of Drampa "Drampa the Placid Pokemon. This Pokémon is friendly to people and loves children most of all. It comes from deep in the mountains to play with children it likes in town. It has a compassionate personality, but if it is angered, it completely destroys its surroundings with its intense breath." The Dex informs
    "What type, or types, is it?" Tim asks
    "It is a Normal and Dragon type Pokemon" Rotom adds
    "Thanks Rotom" Tim says and the Dex returns to Mikayla's bag, "Ok... Inciniroar!" Tim sends his first Pokemon out
    "The battle begins with Drampa in the Blue corner, and Inciniroar in the Red" Kukui says before pressing the button, causing a clear layer to form over the dome, shielding the insiders
    "I'll give you the first move Lillie" Tim offers
    "You too huh?" Lillie chuckles, "Kasuto had done the same before that match started. We will take the offer again" Lillie smirks, "Drampa, use Fly!" Lillie gives the first command, Drampa flies in the air
    "Great, we can barely land our attack with her Pokemon that high up there" Tim thinks out loud, "Unless... I don't use an attack..." Tim says "Inciniroar, use Sunny Day!" Tim orders
    "Attack!" Lillie orders
    "He'll maybe try to order Inciniroar to grab hold of Drampa. That's when you should order Outrage" Timmy 'foresees' the next action
    "Stop it in its tracks! Throat Chop!" Tim orders as  Inciniroar clotheslines Drampa
    "Ok... Not what i expected from  my father" Timmy says looking at the ground
    "Don't feel down because of one thing going wrong" Lillie cheers up the boy, "C'mon" Lillie holds out her hand for Timmy to hold
    "... Alright" Timmy holds Lillie's hand and the battle continues
    "Use Light Screen!" Lillie orders and raises her teams special defense for 4-5 turns, "Follow up with a Dragon Breath!" Lillie orders and lands the attack and pulls off the Paralysis status condition, "Great job, Drampa!" Inciniroar is in the high yellow zone
    "Dram!" Drampa's hairs flow when he turns his head at his Trainer
    "Inciniroar! Use a Flamethrower!" Tim orders, Lillie realizing the Sun is still brightly shining
    "Counter with Solar Beam!" Lillie orders and the two attacks are fired and collide, creating a white smoke cloud and fog around the stage, "That was powerful. When those two attack collide, it's gotten my heart racing with excitement for the rest of this battle, Dad!" Lillie exclaims
    "Same here, my apprent-" Tim is cut off
    "Last time we met i was but the learner, now I am the master" Lillie smirks
    "Only the master of Alola, Lillie" Tim replies, "I feel like we parodied something... hmm..." Tim looks up, "Meh, oh well. Inciniroar, use a Cross Chop!" Tim orders and KO's Drampa
    "Drampa is unable to battle, yeah. Inciniroar wins! Woo!" Kukui hold up the red flag, indicating Tim's Pokemon won
    "Come back" Lillie retreats her fallen Pokemon, "Thank you for your work... My next Pokemon is Samurott!" Lillie sends her next Pokemon out, "Will you switch?"
    "Hehe. Nope!" Tim smirks and grips a fist around his backpack strap, "We've just begun" Tim takes off his Bag
    "I haven't seem Dad like this before" Fado says, "He must be getting serious"
    "His excitement it pumping him up, and raising his energy" Devon says, "He's like you ML100, when fought Hit in the 6th's Universe Universal Tournament"
    "You really think so?" Shawn looks at Devon, "Striker was like this too when he fought Frost"
    "Ok, fine... but those fights were very similar when you guys powered up" Devon ends the side chat
    "Samurott, use Shell-a-Rang!" Lillie orders as Samurott throws his swords in Inciniroar's direction
    "Use Flamethrower to send em back to where they came from" Tim orders as the bright sunlight boosted the power of Flamethrower and attacked Samurott. Samurott is in the low green zone
    "Samurott, use Reversal!" Lillie orders as Inciniroar takes enough damage to be knocked out
    "Inciniroar is unable to battle, Samurott wins! Woo" Kukui announces
    "return, Inciniroar!" Tim retreats his fallen Pokemon, "Heh" Tim smirks as the sunlight fades, "I choose you Pikachu!" Tim's partner runs across Tim's, held out, arm and enters battle, "Use Thunderbolt" Tim orders
    "Protect!" Lillie orders and the attack was shielded
    "Keep pushin!" Tim encourages Pikachu as she continues to fire Thunderbolt. Protect is cracking and eventually breaks. Samurott was KO'd and Pikachu is low on stamina
    "RETURN" both trainers recall their Pokemon
    "Samurott's defeated and the victorious Pikachu is called back" Kukui announces
    "Ninetails!" Lillie sends her Kantonian starter Pokemon, that hatched from an egg give to her by her master, out into battle. Ninetails ability kicks in, Drought, taking place of Sunny Day
    "Go, Togekiss!" Tim sends his Fairy Pokemon out, "Light Screen!" Tim orders as Togekiss sets up a pink reflective barrier protecting Tim's team from harmful damage from Special Attacks
    "Use Psyshock!" Lillie orders
    "That also does Physical damage... This could be bad" Saria informs Tim
    "Yeah... But we got Reflect too" Tim gives his command before the attack could land on Togekiss
    "I see your Togekiss is a great assist" Lillie says following with a smirk
    "Dad's Togekiss is more of a shield than an attacker. I saw when i was younger, Togekiss wasn't that good" Timmy whispers to Lillie, "But that was when i was 5. It could have been getting tougher when it was with Professor... Birch? I think that was his name"
    "Let's see what damage a Flamethrower will do!" Lillie orders and Togekiss took a lot of damage but survived with Light Screen's aid
    "Use Metronome!" Tim orders and Togekiss rolls in the air, Togekiss used Flame Wheel, "Gah! Of all moves, i get a move that's resisted by Ninetails" Tim grunts and clutches a fist
    "Calm Tim" Saria says placing a hand on his shoulder, "Out of all of us... I believe you are the only one that can beat Lillie"
    "Seriously? She's that strong?..." Tim questions wide eyed, "... I... Know someone else who can beat her, but he's not here with us"
    "Is it...?"
    "Red" Tim answers as he then focuses back onto the battle
    "Ninetails, use Flare Blitz!" Lillie orders and deals enough damage to KO Togekiss. Ninetails takes a tiny amount of recoil damage 
    "Togekiss is unable to battle, Ninetails wins!" Kukui announces
    "Togekiss, come back" Tim recalls his fainted Pokemon, "Should i use Greninja? No doubt she may have Solar Beam" Tim thinks who to use next, "I gotta risk it..." Tim takes out his Pokeball, "Greninja!"
    "Figured" Lillie says eyes closed and smiling with confidence, "Greninja may be the only one to beat Ninetails, but can it survive a Solar Beam?" Lillie says, Ninetails charging energy just as the Sunlight faded, "Gah! Too late!"
    "Now is our chance!" Tim says hopeful, "Greninja, Z-Move time!"
    "Gren! Ninja!" Greninja and Tim perform the pose in sync as Greninja glows a white color and water surrounds him. Greninja Transformed into Tim-Greninja
    "HYDRO VORTEX!" Tim exclaims. Greninja engulfs Ninetails in a whirlpool and strikes multiple blows on the Ninetails. Ninetails lays on the ground, "It worked!"
    "Ninetails is unable to-" Kukui stops
    "NINE!" Ninetails shouts while on the ground. She begins to get up off the ground slowly, pulling an Infernape that Ash had owned back in Sinnoh
    "WHAT!?!" both sides gasp
    "Ninetails... It's... still able to fight?" Devon exclaims questionably
    "Her parents will be proud to see their hatched child raised by a great Trainer" Tim says in thought, "It was a good choice to give Lillie that Vulpix Egg"
    "Huh? You're... Oh... I think i see" Saria says looking into Tim's sparkling eyes, "Ninetails... is growing up, maturing... With Lillie beside her. That's what you are thinking right?" She asks her husband
    "Yeah" Tim says he wipes a tear from his face
    "Is Dad crying?" Timmy questions as Lillie looks over at her opponent
    "Is he sad? Does he feel he's going to lose?" Lillie questions with emotion, "Ninetails!" Lillie gets her Pokemon's attention, "Come back" Lillie requests as her Pokemon walks back to her trainers side
    "A swap out? What is she thinking?" Mikayla wonders
    "Saving her for some secret weapon at the end i'm guessing" Kasuto replies
    "I think so too" Fado agrees with her boyfriend
    "Bruxish!" Lillie chooses her fourth Pokemon, "Use Signal Beam!"
    "Hydro Pump!" Tim orders a counter attack. The two attacks are equally matched and an explosion of mist and dust is made. "Wow! It held well against the Hydro Pump"
    "Don't underestimate me, dad" Lillie says
    "Still a bit weird" Tim mutter to himself
    "Remember Tim, I can hear you" Saria says looking at Tim
    "I know, your Terminian/Saiyan ears" Tim says tilting his head to her, "Bruxish is also a Psychic type..." Tim says, "So let's hit em with Night Slash!" Tim orders and the attack KO's Bruxish in one hit, a critical hit
    "Bruxish is unable to battle, Greninja wins" Kukui announces
    "Come back" Lillie retreats her fallen Pokemon, "I choose you, Exeggutor!" Lillie sends her Alolan forme Pokemon out, "Use Draco Meteor!" Lillie orders and several meteors crash down on the battlefield. Greninja is struck and in the mid yellow zone. Exeggutor's Special Attack fell
    "Use Night Slash!" Tim orders but missed the target
    "Use Seed Bomb!" Lillie orders and KO's Tim's special Greninja
    "Greninja is unable to battle, Exeggutor wins!" Kukui announces, "The score is an even 3V3. Woo, yeah!"
    "Greninja, return" Tim recalls his fallen Pokemon, "I choose you, Kommo-O!" Tim sends his own Dragon out, "Use Dual Dragon Claw!" Tim orders and Kommo-O rushes at Exeggutor, and hits it twice. Exeggutor fainted
    "Exeggutor is unable to battle, Kommo-O wins!" Kukui announces
    "Return" Lillie swaps, "Ninetails, go!" Lillie's Ninetails returns to battle, "Moonblast!" Lillie orders and KO's Kommo-O in vengeance
    "Return" Tim retreats his Pokemon, "Pikachu, do you think you can battle again?"
    "Pika!" Pikachu gives a thumbs up, "Ok! I choose you" Tim's partner enters battle again
    "Flamethrower!" Lillie orders
    "Use Volt Tackle!" Tim orders as Pikachu blazes through Flamethrower and attacks Ninetails, defeating her
    "Ninetails is unable to battle. Pikachu wins" Kukui announces, "It's now 2 - 1 in Tim's favor"
    "Nebby!" Lillie tosses her Master Ball and sends her best friend, Solgaleo out
    "RAAAAARR!" Solgaleo lets out a might roar
    "It's time for our Z-Move!" Lillie says, "Go, SHATTERED PSYCHE!" Lillie performs the pose and unleashes their Z-Move (Off of Psychic)
    "Pikachu!" Tim exclaims as the Z-Move is used on his lifetime partner. Pikachu is KO'd leaving it as a perfect 1V1
    "Pikachu is unable to battle, Solgaleo wins" Kukui announces
    "I'm sorry buddy" Tim apologizes as Pikachu closes her eyes to rest, "Rest easy bud"
    "I'll hold on to her if you'd like hon" Saria offers
    "Thank you, babe" Tim hands Pikachu over to Saria, "I've got one left... Lillie does too... Let's show em what we've got... CHARIZARD I CHOOSE YOU!" Tim chucks his Pokeball in the air and reveals Charizard, which lets out a mighty roar much like Nebby's "Charizard, MEGA SHINKA!" Tim raises his Mega Bracelet in the air and connects the streams to allow Charizard to Mega Evolve, "Whoa! It happened... Like Mikayla and Garchomp, their strengths and beliefs... That pushed their bond further and Mega Evolved this way"
    "That's new!" Kasuto gasps
    "This is a stronger version of Mega Evolution. Me and Garchomp put our minds together and pulled off a stronger forme" Mikayla informs, "It's still gonna look the same as it does finishing Mega Evolution, but it'll be really strong. Stronger than strong"
    "Awesome!" Kasuto smiles
    "RAWR!" Charizard shouts with power
    "This battle will finish awesomely! I can see it!" Lyra says
    "Charizard, use a Fire Blast!"
    "You too, Solgaleo!" Lillie orders as the collision of the attacks make a huge smoke cloud with embers flying everywhere, "Use Sunsteel Strike!" Lillie orders as Nebby jumps in the air and glows white and yellow
    "Charizard, use Dragon Rush!" Tim orders as the two attack each other in the air and deliver furious attacks at each other. the keep clashing until gravity brings Solgaleo back to the ground. Both Pokemon are in the mid green zone, "Use Fire Spin!" Tim orders as vortex of Fire surrounds the Legendary Pokemon, "Follow it up with Flamethrower" Tim orders as Nebby is in the mid yellow zone now
    "Use Psychic! Slam em to the ground" Lillie orders
    "Dragon Rush! Keep yourself from crashing!" Tim exclaims as Charizard winks back at Tim, "Huh?... Heh, Letsa go! CHARIZARD!" Tim hypes his Pokemon and Charizard resists the Psychic attack and rams into Solgaleo. Solgaleo is on 1 HP, "Dang it! It was close to being beat"
    "Nebby! Use Body Slam!" Lillie order but misses
    "Here we go! Victory is ours, Charizard" Tim says as Fire Spin takes away Nebby's last health
    "Solgaleo is unable to battle, Charizard wins and the new Champion of Alola is Tim!" Kukui announces, "By the way Tim, Lillie... This battle was televised to all regions"
    "I'm not surprised. It's happened before, several times" Tim says

Kanto

    "That's it Tim! Charizard really enjoyed that battle... I can tell from the look on its face" Professor Oak says

Johto

    "Charizard... the Fire type Pokemon, now became a Dragon type" Lance says, "I gotta ask about the stones to give MY Charizard the ability to become a Dragon"

Hoenn (Pokemon League)

    "That boy... no... Man... he's the real deal... Now i want to have an even greater battle with him" says Sydney

Hoenn (Wally's House)

    "That's Tim? He's gotten tougher looking and tougher in battle... I hope that i can see him again" Wally says

Sinnoh (Rowan's Lab)

    "Tim, What fabulous battling that was" Professor Rowan says, "I hope i live few more years to see you and congratulate you"

Sinnoh (Dawn's house)

    "Wow Tim! Togekiss did well. All your Pokemon did amazing" Dawn says
    "Pip, Piplup!" Piplup jumps and flaps his arms
    "You enjoyed seeing this didn't you Piplup?" Dawn asks
    "Pip" Piplup nods
    "Me too" Dawn replies, "It'd be great to see him again"

Unova

    "There you go Tim! WAHA!" Alder exclaims
    "Can you quiet down Gramps" The retired champion's grandson, Benga, says
    "Sorry, kid. Battles just get me going!" Alder says

Kalos

    "What a great battle that was" Diantha says, "A pleasure it is to have battled him before. His Charizard is one of a kind"
    "Indeed, Miss Diantha" Professor Sycamore enters the room
    "Oh?" Diantha looks at the professor, "Augustine?"
    "I came to ask you a question..." he walks closer to the lady, "Would you... like to go out sometime?" he requests, "I know of all restaurants around this region"
    "I... I'd love too, Augustine" Diantha responds
    "Thank you, Diantha" Sycamore holds Diantha's hand as the two continue to talk

Champion's Chamber (Alola)

    "I have a feeling, your old friends are congratulating you, Tim" Kukui says, "Tim... Congratulations! You have claimed the title of Pokemon Champion"
    "Congrats, dad" Lillie says walking over to her adopted father, "That was really fun! Nebby had fun too" Lillie smiles and Nebby walks over to Tim, and lowers its head, "I think Nebby wants you to pet it"
    "Oh?" Tim looks over at the Legendary Pokemon, "Thank you Nebby. GG, pal" Tim says as Nebby begins to pur
    "Tim... When my mother fully recovers... Can... Can we go with you home?" Lillie asks, "Please?"
    "Your mother too?" Tim is wide eyed as Lillie nods, "I think we can arrange that"
    "Lillie" Shawn gets the girls attention, "I know of a place where your mother can feel better and, hopefully, not be so vile"
    "Ok. Thank you Shawn"
    "You can call me MajoraLink100, or ML100, when we are in Termina" Shawn replies smiling
    "Ok. Tim... can i be your daughter? Adopted daughter? My mother can be your sister!" Lillie asks gleefully
    "Uh... Yeah, that'll be fine. I will feel much better you calling me dad if you did come with us home" Tim agrees, "We don't have many rooms in our house. You may have to share"
    "That's fine! I'll stay with Timmy"
    "Ok. That's fine" Tim says as his son starts blushing behind Lillie, "Son. You want to be with Lillie? She is gonna come home with us"
    "But, by me calling you dad, it's mostly coz i want to live with Timmy someday" Lillie says as Timmy's whole face becomes red. Tim looks over at Timmy
    "Are you ok my son?" Tim asks as Timmy falls over. He fainted "... He'll be fine, don't worry Lillie" Tim says
    "Ok"
    "Well... Let's pick up your mother at Aether Paradise" Tim says
    "What?" Gladion says, walking up behind Tim, "What're you gonna do with mom, Lillie?"
    "Gladion? Well... We agreed that Tim will take the place as our father"
    "Father? Tim?... I... I guess, i might appreciate that Tim" Gladion says smiling
    "Do you wanna come with us?" Tim offers
    "I might... but Aether needs a working president" Gladion says
    "Ask miss Wicke" Lillie says
    "I think she'll make a great fit. Much better than that Faba" Gladion says turning his head
    "Heh, yeah" Tim says
    "I think after a bit of time relaxing at home, i might bring my family to Hoenn. I wanna go back there, but also want the kids and Saria to experience how my journey started" Tim says
    "That's nice" Gladion says, "If i go home with you... I might stay home and take care of the house"
    "That's fine. We need someone to fend off Bowser..." Tim says, "While we've been gone, my old friends, Goombario, Goombella, Kooper, Koops, Bow, Flurrie, and several others, have been taking care of Bowser and his army"
    "Oh? I can help them. Me and Silvally" Gladion says, "By the way, here. This is for you" Gladion hands Tim the second Legendary Type: Null that was experimented on in Aether Labs, "That is the other Null in the Labs in Aether"
    "Thank you" Tim smiling
    "You welcome... Father" Gladion says a tad uncomfortable
    "If you want you can still call me Tim" Tim offers
    "Yeah, that's gonna make me feel more comfortable saying that" Gladion responds, "I'll get a boat ready at the Docks at Malie City to take us to Aether and get our mother, and make it to your world"
    "Thanks Gladion" Tim says. the group leave the Pokemon League after Kukui offers them an invite to the Celebration at Iki Town that they apologetically deny. They reach the Docks and travel to Aether, explaining to the scientists that there is a better way to heal Lusamine. They retrieve her and travel across the sea to Johto and go down the Warp Pipe in a hidden alleyway in Goldenrod that leads to Termina. Everyone goes back to their respected homes, but Shawn, Tim, Lillie and Gladion take their Mother through the Lost Woods and to Hyrule where they enter the Woods of Mystery and reach the Hags Potion shop and recover Lusamine. they agree to take her home, to Lillie and Lusamine's pleasure. They then head back to Termina and go home. Shawn went back to Romani Ranch with his son, Tim heads back home in the forest around the Mushroom Kingdom outskirts with Lillie, Gladion and Lusamine.
